I had a polar hrm before this. This item blows the polar away. It actually motivates me to run so I can go back home and upload the data to my computer and then look at all the charts and graphs. I can see the data that is important to me like heart rate, speed, and pace. You can even export it to google earth. Pretty cool.

My favorite feature is the real time pace. This has helped me a lot during training and running a 5k. I can see if I am going to slow or be wowed by how fast I am actually running.

I have not spent enough time to get familiar with all the menus and options because right out of the box it gave me almost everything I was looking for. May pick up the foot sensor so I can get the same kind of data while running on the treadmill.

My life is busy like many other peoples. This book brought me back to reading. I didn’t want it to end. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest in the 60’s but I was very aware of the MLK and Robert Kennedy and the civil rights movement. My family was less than pleased that at 10-12 years old I had such strong opinions on all people being equal. The Help gave me a much greater insight into the south in the 60’s. I have shared this book with friends both men and women and each has found the book a “couldn’t put it down”. At the knitting store this book is a topic with customers from around the country who visit. Thank you Kathryn for being so brave and persistent to write what was in your heart. I attended one of your book signings. 60 rejection letters. It takes courage to continue. Cheers to your accomplishment.

I bought this solely for its exercise potential. And it is working out great! I am morbidly obese and I’m finding that the Wii Sports games that came bundled in it are perfect for someone who cannot stand for long periods of time. I’m currently up to 40 minutes per day doing a combined routine of bowling,boxing and golf-with an occasional game of baseball or tennis.

Buy the Wii and start getting fit!

Office 2010 is about to come out!
Why waste your money on an outdated program? It doesn’t work the same as the last version either and is a bit frustrating because of that. You used to be able to hit “Save” and it simply saved it on your desktop. You can still get it to do that but it takes a bit more work to do. If you are already running it in a desktop icon and you hit “save” it will save it again but it has to go to another icon location rather than that which you have been using. It may be that it doesn’t work as smoothly with Windows 7 as it did with XP but in any case, just wait for 2010 to come out and deal with the inevitable frustrations of all new programs then rather than now and again later when you decide to update to 2010.

I just received my Kindle today. The purpose of my purchase is to help me with my homework readings for my college courses. That way I can be anywhere and stay ahead in my work. I am excited about downloading the PDF files. That way I don’t have to print tons of paper and waste my money on ink. I’m anxious to download my first book to read it. I admit I’m not one for using instructions. I love the surprise of playing with devices and figuring it out. It is obviously bigger than my iPod but still small enough to be portable. I don’t know why I waited so long to get one. It is the clear solution to my problem.

This is really a good game for the family. We have a lot of fun. I got the item earlier, which was really good. That why I like to buy from Amazon, because so fa so good I haven’t gotten no problem yet. I really recomend this game to any body. I was looking for this game all the stores over St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Clearwater Florida and no ones have it, but when I look in Amazon.com I saw it and I bought it right away. I’m a happy customer.
