Seminar on the Need for Arms Management and Disarmament of Civil society, Sumbe-Angola, March/ April 2003

The seminar had the participation of different individualities government officials, NGO's, political parties, and churches and media personnel. The workshop had three objectives namely,

Creation of auscultation and consultation processes with the communities (government, ONG's and civil society)
Information and experience exchange in pursuing a national consensus and possible action

Encourage a national forum of constructive debate that can elaborate and strategize an adequate and sustainable intervention
